WALT.. Write a Narrative 

Tsunami warning Friday  05/03/21

When the class were doing school work we had a tsunami warning. The class was getting their bags and we were going up on the Maunga but I got  picked up by my Dad. My Dad was boosting to getting Shiloh and my dad was trying to get Back home.  The    beach was going out in a few hours. The water was rushing in, there was cameras looking at The beach. Me and my dad were looking at it and I was going to the River to see if the tsunami came in. I was going to see if it would flood, and I felt a little scared and the part of it was the Tsunami that was going to come up at our house but it didn't  come to our  house. I was just with my Family and cousins. We were looking at the beach that was on camera. It was on for a very long time. It was finished in 5 hours. It was very   long; we had to stay home for ages but the tsunami  was little. It was like a  current.  It was doing nothing to the houses but it almost flooded  but it didn't.  That was very lucky that it didn’t.   If it did that is bad and it is lucky it did not flood the school or we would not go to school for a long time, and it was not bad at all it was little and I  was not worried at all when we went in the hall my dad pick me up and I was boosting to the car and I was going to trip but I didn’t. Then about 30 minutes later we were safe in our cozy house.
